      [0004] 植物已經(jīng)進(jìn)化出能辨別和響應(yīng)包括病原體感染在內(nèi)的環(huán)境信號(hào)的一系列復(fù)雜的 生物化學(xué)通路。在病原體和植物之間有兩種主要的相互作用-相容和不相容。當(dāng)病原體和植 物相容時(shí),通常就發(fā)生疾病。如果病原體和植物不相容,則植物通常對(duì)該特定的病原體有抵 抗力。在不相容的相互作用中,植物通過引起感染部位周圍一小范圍的局部壞死或組織死 亡而限制病原體的繁殖。植物的這一反應(yīng)被定義為過敏反應(yīng)("HR")(Kiraly/Defenses Triggered by the Invader:Hypersensitivity/'Plant Disease:An Advanced Treatise 5:201-224J.G.HorsfalI and E.B.       [0008]生物試劑誘導(dǎo)的SAR已成為很多研究的主題。隨著分子生物學(xué)的發(fā)展,第一個(gè)具有 廣宿主譜的蛋白質(zhì)HR誘導(dǎo)子于1992年從引起蘋果樹和梨樹火疫病的梨火疫病歐文氏菌 (Erwinia amylovora)(-種病原菌)中分離出來。該HR誘導(dǎo)子被命名為"harpin〃,現(xiàn)被稱為 harpinEa或HrpNsac3HarpinEa,由403個(gè)氨基酸組成,分子量約為40kDa。編碼這一蛋白質(zhì)的 基因,hrpN,包含在位于hrp基因簇中間的1.3kb DNA片段中。HarpinEa被分泌入細(xì)胞外的空 間,對(duì)蛋白酶消化很敏感。
