      本發(fā)明涉及一種具有許多個特殊翼型截面的螺旋槳葉。
      某些螺旋槳,如螺旋槳風(fēng)扇是采用薄后掠槳葉。限定槳葉的翼型的形狀能夠使該槳葉在壓縮率損失最小前提下具有大的動力載荷。例如,由聯(lián)合技術(shù)公司的漢密爾頓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分部(Hamilton Standard Division of United Technologies Corporation)制造的每個螺旋槳風(fēng)扇槳葉具有的動力載荷約為37.5軸馬力/直徑2(Shp/d2)。這種薄后掠漿葉可以使螺旋槳-風(fēng)扇發(fā)動機(jī)的螺旋槳在飛行馬赫數(shù)為0.8,葉尖速度為800英尺/秒,和飛行高度為35000英尺條件下其峰值效率達(dá)到80%以上。
      該槳葉的設(shè)計(jì)必須可靠地滿足在這樣高的葉尖速度和飛行馬赫數(shù)的要求。但是,例如由美國國家航空咨詢委員會推薦系列16(NACASeries16)的翼型所組成的薄后掠槳葉具有幾個設(shè)計(jì)限制。這種翼型的前緣形狀使得漿葉易于受到外物損傷。其后緣形狀使得該槳葉非常難于加工。薄槳葉的特性使其難以制造。
      本發(fā)明的目的是創(chuàng)制一種在較高的飛行馬赫數(shù)條件下提供大負(fù)載和高效率翼型截面的槳葉。

      本發(fā)明的再一個目的是創(chuàng)制一種其翼型截面容易加工和制造的槳葉。
      按照本發(fā)明,一種具有若干個較厚的超臨界翼型截面的槳葉,該翼型的每個截面具有一個延伸到約40%弦長的略帶彎度的拋物線形前緣,一個由40%弦長至后緣的平緩上表面的壓力恢復(fù)區(qū),和一個由40%弦長至后緣藉此產(chǎn)生所需要升力的凹形下表面。
      按照本發(fā)明的一個特征,其翼型截面具有2%至7.5%變化范圍的厚度比(h/b)。這樣為本發(fā)明的新型槳葉提供一種其氣動性能與NACASeries16翼型相似而又具有不易受外物損傷,較少出現(xiàn)加工問題,強(qiáng)度更高和較少制造問題等特點(diǎn)。
      本發(fā)明的這些和其它的目的,特征和優(yōu)點(diǎn)在結(jié)合附圖對本發(fā)明的最佳實(shí)施方案進(jìn)行詳細(xì)描述以后將一目了然。


      圖1是表示本發(fā)明的翼型的一系列截面剖示圖和一個為了以放大比例顯示各翼型截面的形狀細(xì)節(jié),沿著這些截面的槳葉軸線位于典型位置的一個槳葉的平面示圖。
      圖2是表示本發(fā)明的各翼型截面弧高線的曲線,X/C是在弦線上的無量鋼位置示值,Y/C是由翼型弦上的無量鋼弧高線示值。
      圖3是表示本發(fā)明各翼型截面的厚度曲線,t/C是在對應(yīng)于弦長位置X/C處各翼型的無量鋼厚度值。

      圖5是本發(fā)明的翼型截面和現(xiàn)有技術(shù)中NACASeries16翼型截面的升力阻力比的曲線。
      圖6是本發(fā)明的各翼型截面與現(xiàn)有技術(shù)中NACASeries16的各翼型截面的阻力上升對比曲線。
      參看圖1,圖中顯示出本發(fā)明的翼型槳葉100的一系列截面。每個截面是由該截面的厚度比(厚度/長度)乘以1000的兩位數(shù)組成的數(shù)碼進(jìn)行識別。這樣,例如最上面一個翼型截面20的特征為其厚度比是0.02,第二個翼型截面26的厚度比為0.026,第三個翼型截面30的厚度比為0.030,第四個翼型截面40的厚度比為0.040,第五個翼型截面60的厚度比為0.060,第六個翼型截面75的厚度比為0.075。再參看圖2,可以看出翼型截面20基本上取自槳葉的葉尖部位,翼型截面26取自由槳葉榫頭部分105起沿該槳葉縱軸長度的0.85部位處,截面30是取自由榫頭部分起沿該槳葉縱軸長度的0.75部位。同樣地,截面40是取自由榫頭部分起沿槳葉縱軸,長度的0.65部位,截面60是取自槳葉縱軸長度的0.45部位而截面75是取自槳葉縱軸長度的0.35部位。自然,應(yīng)當(dāng)理解到,當(dāng)翼型截面的弦長是以一個通用長度表示時,對于槳葉錐度的設(shè)計(jì)考慮將控制翼型截面的相對尺寸而且本發(fā)明在各翼型截面之間將不局限于任何具體的尺寸關(guān)系。
      圖1所示在槳葉各翼型截面之間的各個斷面是由任何兩相鄰翼型形狀之間所連接各相應(yīng)部分的過渡表面所限定的,這些屬于現(xiàn)有技術(shù)早為人們熟知。自然,各翼型截面相互之間,以現(xiàn)有技術(shù)中人們熟知的方式進(jìn)行角偏移以便根據(jù)氣動特性要求為該槳葉建立不同的槳葉攻角產(chǎn)生足夠的扭曲。
      以下各表詳細(xì)地列出本發(fā)明的槳葉若干個翼型截面的無量鋼座標(biāo)位置和槳葉高度。其中X/C值是槳葉弦線上的無量鋼位置。Y/C(上部)表示由弦線至槳葉的負(fù)壓表面上各點(diǎn)的無量鋼高度值。Y/C(下部)表示由弦線至槳葉壓力表面上各點(diǎn)的無量鋼高度值。

      每個翼型截面只有一個最大厚度和最大弧高的位置,并當(dāng)這些翼型應(yīng)用于一個螺旋槳葉時,將產(chǎn)生光滑連續(xù)的上、下表面。
      該翼型的特征如下每個翼型在約0.36X/C部位處具有一個最大厚度而在約0.74X/C部位處具有一個最大弧高。每個翼型的另一特征是其較大的后緣厚度比如下截面20的厚度比為0.0042;截面26的厚度比為0.00546;截面30的厚度比為0.0063;截面40的厚度比為0.00838;截面60的厚度比為0.00844;而截面75的厚度比為0.00842。
      由上述描述并參閱圖4表示它所公開的翼型系列,可以看出本發(fā)明的翼型由沿著整個弦長構(gòu)成每個翼型形狀110的特征包括一個帶圓角的一般為拋物線形的前緣部分115,一個伸向弦長40%處的略帶彎度部分,一個由弦長40%處到后緣125的平緩上表面壓力恢復(fù)面120,和一個由弦長40%到后緣凹形的下表面130部分。該凹形的下表面提供了所需要的升力。與NACASeries16的前緣相比,該前緣部分115具有較大的前緣圓角半徑,減少了外物損傷,而與NACASeries16的后緣相比具有鈍的后緣,減少了槳葉的加工問題。
      圖5和圖6顯示出采用本發(fā)明翼型的槳葉與采用常規(guī)的美國國家航空咨詢委員會的系列16(NACASeries16)翼型所形成的槳葉的性能對比。如圖5所示,在每個翼型截面的設(shè)計(jì)升力系數(shù)為0.351和飛行速度為0.852馬赫數(shù)條件下本發(fā)明在設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)上所提供的性能基本上等于NACASeries16在該設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)上的性能。但是,當(dāng)超過設(shè)計(jì)的升力系數(shù)時,存在升力推力比L/D的差異,當(dāng)結(jié)合螺旋槳性能計(jì)算時,以上造成的損失可忽略不計(jì)。此外,如圖6所示,新的翼型以其改進(jìn)的性能甚至可以在更高的飛行馬赫數(shù)下進(jìn)行工作。應(yīng)注意NACASeries16翼型在馬赫數(shù)超過0.85時阻力系數(shù)突然顯著地增加,而本發(fā)明的翼型在阻力系數(shù)方面則顯示出減小。

      1.一種具有多個翼型截面的槳葉,每個截面在沿其整個截面長度上的截面形狀特征包括一個拋物線形前緣,一個由前緣伸向40%弦長的略帶彎度部分,一個由40%弦長至后緣的平緩上表面的壓力恢復(fù)面部分和一個由40%弦長至后緣的凹形下表面部分以形成匯合于較鈍的后緣中的產(chǎn)生上述升力的正壓表面和負(fù)壓表面;上述翼型形狀之一其厚度比為0.02,另一個翼型形狀的厚度比為0.026,另一個翼型形狀的厚度比接近0.03,另一個翼型形狀的厚度比為0.04,另一個翼型形狀的厚度比為0.06,而另一個翼型形狀的厚度比為0.075,每個上述翼型形狀在接近0.36/C處具有一個最大厚度值,而在接近0.75X/C處具有一個最大弧高值,其中X/C是沿著每個翼型形狀的弦向無量綱長度。
